The Situation:
The Sun West Realty property consists of 12 commercial buildings. Our introduction to Sun West came as a result of the previous provider not being a good fit due to the level of service needed for each property.
The Process:
Irrigation repairs and thorough inspections were at the top of our list to complete at the very beginning of our partnership.
From there we completed full-service cleanups for each property which included scalping for winter rye and color installation.
We took care to produce thorough reports for the property managers complete with both maps and photos.
The Result:
Our ongoing, weekly field reports and consistent communication turned what was a difficult task into a manageable and enjoyable working relationship.
