Villas of Prestonwood

The Situation:
The Villas started off as a project that needed to be brought back on track. Insufficient resources had contributed to an unstable installation of both landscape and irrigation.
The Process:
Our first step was to assess what had been accomplished thus far and what remained to be tackled as soon as possible. We performed a full audit of everything from landscape to irrigation plans within the first week of our partnership.
We then met and partnered with the new developers to understand the existing deadlines we would need to meet.
The Result:
Our team went right to work and was able to complete the project 4 days ahead of our 4-week deadline while still managing to come in under budget.
We are now working with the developer as partner to design, grade, install, and maintain the new development which consists of an additional 150+ units.
